Refund Policy – HelepBuy

We operate as a marketplace connecting buyers with independent stores and sellers. Please note that each store manages its own refund and return policy, and HelepBuy does not directly process refunds on behalf of stores.


1. Store-Specific Refunds

  • When you purchase an item on HelepBuy, your transaction is with the store (merchant), not directly with HelepBuy.com.

  • Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are subject to the store’s individual refund policy.

  • We strongly encourage you to review the store’s refund and return policy before making a purchase.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • If you wish to request a refund, please contact the store directly through the communication channels provided on their store page or your order details.

  • Each store may have different requirements (e.g., return period, condition of goods, proof of purchase).


3. HelepBuy's Role

  • HelepBuy is not responsible for approving, denying, or issuing refunds.

  • However, we may provide support to facilitate communication between buyers and stores where necessary.

  • In cases of disputes, our team may step in to mediate, but the final decision rests with the store’s refund policy.


4. Exceptions

  • If a store does not provide any refund policy, the default assumption is that sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Digital products, perishable goods, or custom-made items may not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated by the store.
